What item would you like to order?  

  • Be specific - our products come in a wide variety of styles and sizes. 

  • When ordering apparel, make note of the size, style and color of the item.  For example, a sweatshirt can come in crewneck, pullover, and 1/4 zip styles.

  • When ordering merchandise, make note of the style and size.  For example, Tumbler Wraps are available in 20 oz or 30 oz.

How do you want to customize your apparel?

  • Apparel can be customized in many locations:  sleeve, back, front, down the leg, left chest area, etc.  Where would your design best fit?

  • Do you have an idea already in mind or do we need to create the design for you?  

  • Designs are available in a variety of "finishes", including Matte, Glitter, Foil, Flock, Rhinestone, Glaze, and Twill.  
         Note: prices vary on which finish you select.

  • Text can come in a multitude of different fonts as well as colors.  *See Step 5 below for font choices*
         Note: the fonts below are great for basics, but if you have specific theme in mind, we'll do our best to find a great match.  For example, if you're going on a cruise, we can find a nautical font for the text.

How do you want to personalize your merchandise?

  • Items can have a simple design, such as text, a photo, or a graphic.

  • Like to have pattern and color?  These can be added in a variety of ways -- the only limit is your imagination.  

How do I know what my finished item will look like?

  • After you contact us by phone or email, we will work on a design and email it to you within 24 hours.

  • Get back to us with any changes you'd like to make.  Be as picky as you'd like, this item is for you and we won't be offended.  We will send you a final mockup before starting production.
    Note: there is no charge for the first two sets of changes.  Each additional proof/revision will be $5.  Thank you for understanding.

  • Please proof carefully, as we are not responsible for mistakes after final mockup is approved by you.

  • Your order will be completed within 5-7 business days AFTER your FINAL approval.  The sooner you approve, the sooner your item goes into production.

How long does is take to get my order and how do I receive it?

  • We specialize in making your item custom to YOU.  We ask that you give us 2 weeks to make it perfect - from the date you contact us to the date we mail it out (or have it ready for pickup).  More often than not, we can have it ready for you sooner, even within a few days.  If you are in a rush, let us know and we will do our best to meet your time needs.

  • Orders can be picked up at our "shop" or can be shipped to your home via US Priority Mail.

How do I pay?

  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards, as well as Venmo or PayPal.

  • An invoice can be sent to you through email or PayPal, or you can send a check through mail.

Can I return my item?

  • Unfortunately no, since your item is created specifically for you.   It is your responsibility as a buyer to ask ALL questions prior to purchasing.
