Terms & Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions for business interaction with OCD unlimited, Inc. (OCD).   For questions about the following, please email ocdunlimited@yahoo.com

Quotes

Custom Apparel Final cost is two-fold:   the apparel item cost PLUS the design cost.     A custom design can be applied to a variety of apparel items, ranging from tshirt and sweatshirts, to tote bags and hats so OCD will quote your order based on the apparel item you choose and the design cost (see chart below)

Quotes are provided at no cost to you.   Please provide OCD with the following information when requesting a quote on apparel:     Apparel item, Design size and placement, # of colors in design, & type of material for application.

Custom Orders & Deposit Cost

A minimal deposit fee will be required before any mock-up design is worked on.  This deposit fee will be applied to the final order cost.  The deposit fee is non-refundable and will expire after two weeks of inactivity with no action taken after mock-up design is approved.

Once deposit is paid, you will be contacted by OCD personnel to discuss your order and design particulars.

              A deposit of $5 per item will be required for all custom designs/apparel requests. 

        If the image is copyrighted, written consent to use the image will be required from the owner of the copyright in order to complete the service.

 

Mock-Ups

A design mock-up will be provided with each design.   Mock-ups must be signed and approved.

Mock-ups will be emailed to client within 48 hours.   Two changes are allowed at no charge.

After final approval by you, a total cost will be sent to you for payment.    Full payment is required before production begins.

 Order Processing

OCD processes orders in person, through the ‘"shop",  and its online website.  We accept the following forms of payment:  credit card, PayPal, Venmo, cash, or check.  Through the website, OCD accepts credit cards and PayPal only.

 Order Turnaround

Orders are completed within 5 business days after design mock-up is approved and payment is received in full.  This does not include shipping transit times.  If you need an order in less than the standard turnaround time, expedited turnaround options are available upon request.

Expedited Production Fees

Please note that these turnaround times apply to OCD business days/times, not calendar days.

 Distribution and Use

Transfers created in the apparel or decal production process cannot be sold or distributed to any business or third party.

 Tax Exemption

Customers who qualify for tax exemption must email a copy of their tax exemption to ocdunlimited@yahoo.com   A copy need to be submitted before production of your order will begin.  The name on the form of payment must match the name used on the tax certificate.

 Social Media

OCD reserves the right to moderate and censor when necessary any of its social media outlets, forums, or publicly available modes of communication against obscenity, inappropriate contact, or self-promotion.  The moderation of all questionable content will be ultimately subject to the discretion of OCD. 

 Refunds

All customized orders are final.  No refunds or exchanges are available unless the item is defective or misprinted by OCD.  If rhinestones, vinyl, or images are not properly staying on the garment or accessory, OCD will fix it at no cost.  If a defective item(s) has to be returned, OCD will cover the shipping costs.  To initiate a return or exchange for a damaged item, contact ocdunlimited@yahoo.com with a description and photo evidence of the damage.

 Shipping

 Customers have the option to ship their order via United States Postal Services(USPS) or the United Parcel Service (UPS).

a.        USPS:  Priority Mail is the only shipping option available from the Unites States Post Office.  Transit times posted to a customer’s order for Priority Mail is provided by the USPS as estimated times and is not guaranteed.  The Post Office reserves up to 15 days from time of shipments to complete the delivery per USPS policy.

b.      UPS:  For guaranteed time of delivery, please choose one of the UPS options – Ground, Three Day Select, Second Day Air, or Next Day Air.

Shipped orders will receive, via email, a tracking number corresponding to the recipients selected carrier within 24 business hours of the time it was shipped.  Orders consisting of multiple packages may have separate tracking numbers.

Delayed Shipment or Missing Items due to OCD error

a.       For shipments delayed in transit due to an error on the part of OCD personnel, OCD will immediately attempt to rectify the error.  If the issue cannot be resolved in transit, OCD will reship the order at no cost to the customer.   OCD will not compensate customers for reported losses due to delayed shipments other than excess shipping costs resulting from the error.

Delayed Shipment due to customer error

a.       If shipment is delayed due to incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g. invalid shipping address), OCD can reship the order at the expense of the customers.  Additionally, in the event a customers’ address cannot be verified, the package may be held on OCD premises and remain with OCD until the customer provides a valid address.  OCD will not be held responsible for any costs associated with such a delay.

Delayed Shipment due to carrier

Shipments may be delayed for various circumstances involving UPS or USPS, including but not limited to weather delays, acts of God, mechanical issues, or accidents.  These are outside OCD control and cannot be resolved by OCD personnel.
